I spent the last couple days at a friend's place in Tomales Bay, CA. We paddled about in our kayaks and endeavored to catch Leopard Sharks. No such luck. Landed multiple Bat Rays which were extremely powerful and fun to fight. One of the biggest ones towed me over half way across the bay...

Went to visit some family & friends on Florida's "Space Coast" this January. We used to road trip down here pretty much every winter and as a kid I would fish with bobber & worm, in pretty much every puddle or body of water we came across. I had no idea what I was doing as a kid, but it was...

How many of you folks fish out there on the regular? I am interested in the fact that there is a diverse array of species in the lake, and from what I can gather, they all grow to good sizes. I will be shore-bound for a while yet, and am thinking it might be a good bet for some spring fishing...
