Is there any springers running yet near the Sandy

Yes, they are running from all the mud and debris coming down the rivers....

Yes there are springers running near the sandy. In the Columbia River. I would give it a month before trying to consistently target them in the Sandy though

On a serioud note, the tributaries tend to really get going in the middle of May through end of June(although there are plenty of fish caught later and earlier)
