True, ive never fished for salmon in tide water...so i havent had experience with kwik fish. But i know of a few people that fish some of the ways you listed.

I agree with everything you've just said. Floating eggs is the only method that i know works for salmon. Happy fishing everyone.

I tried my luck last year. Took one shot at about 350 yards. Missed cleanly. But I sold my. 300 so I won't be bear hunting this year. Dale

Fishing is my life...I don't swim...or party. My point wasn't heard. I have nothing against all types of fishing...but not everyone thinks like that. All minds should be open.

I'm not ripping on fly fisherman. My point is most fly fisherman turn their noses up at gear tossers. I often think about learning the fly method. But most fly guys don't like gear guys. Don't know why. Just thought you should know.
