Where would be the best place to do this close to Portland I live and work in NE by the Airport and would love to get out before work a few times a week, just not sure where would too go that wouldn't be wasting my time. All suggestions much appreciated. :)

Me and my buddy were up on the Clackamas yesterday and he caught one at carver driftin shrimp. It was a native so he threw it back before that we were up at McIver floating jigs and no luck and everyone there said its not been very good.
