Variation on my favorite trout rig

Ever since Power Bait first came out; I've a rig nearly identical to this set up. But in place of the "water bobber" I slide a barrel shaped sinker onto the main line, followed by the bead and so on. With Berkley's Power Eggs and/or Power Grubs.

The downside, though, is I typically only catch and release. So I wind up cutting the line and leaving the hooks in the fish. Because they gobble up the bait. I'm going to have to give this bobber and pink worm combo a try!

I've used a similar setup up in Washington, but i used a trout magnet hook for the worm. The added weight really gave the worm more motion and I limited out on larger fish almost every trip.
