Went to Columbia this morning and worked various spinners from 7-830am. Then when we saw few fish roll I decided to put the REAL spinner on and as I walked to the bank I say: "Watch this! I will get a fish on this!". Spinner comes closer to the shore and about 20ft out BAM! FISH ON! I killed the skunk and after 10 months of fishing in PNW I got one on the bank. It was about 10lb and bright as it gets. BBQ time tomorrow.

Man, if someone had a camera a filmed this it would be the best spinner commercial ever. The way I said "I'm gonna get a fish now", approached the river, casted and BAM fish on. It is going to be ONE to remember forever. I'll try some more next week and fishing should only get better as the numbers climb up.
