where do you go in newport or toledo to get LIVE sand shrimp thats open early in the morning? the boat launch there on the s. side of newport???? no body here in eugene has anymore shrimp/...

Either Harry's bait and tackle or the marina by the boat launch. I think either one will have shrimp

is there any bait shops in toledo? id goto newport an launch from there but dont really feel like getting checked by the coast guard again even tho i have everything they required, they just take that much more time away from my fishing
