Lemolo Lake

I'm going to Lemolo lake in a week. I've never been there and I was wondering If anyone has had any luck there with catching browns? I've Only caught one brown trout before about 12 years ago using a downrigger and a kwikfish. Wondering if anyone has any tips they would be willing to share on catching at Lemelo (without a downrigger)?
Would be stoked to hear any stories!!

Thanks!!

I think most people use Tazmanian devils there for the browns. The resort store has a bunch of them for sale. For the bigger ones id use rapalas though.

Yep, I've also heard that Tazzies are good to use there.

But, I'd flat line rapala's about 200' behind the boat. Good luck and post a report, upon your return.

Or if you want to kick back, chill, and watch your pole. Plunking a worm on the bottom has produced well for me there.
