Insane fishing today!!!

Me and my buddie had one of those amazing days today. We hooked around 25 steelhead in 3 hours. A bobber with 4 foot leader with a red peged bead and fresh pautzke roe was the ticket. There were ten other people on the river and they all said it was slow. We couldnt keep them off.
Think god we let the second chrome keepers go otherwise we wouldnt have had an epic day of fishing. We got to the river at noon and left at three with around 10-15 fish on a piece. We finally both got nice bright hens with good eggs for salmon season and left the rest of the fish for the other guys. I didn't take any pics because my phone is full of steelhead porn. I put #'s 25-26 on the tag today with 38 fish landed this year. It has been a great winter season. can't wait for the spring salmon and summer steelies.

You guys just crack me up! I really need to change my attitude, then I might have a chance at banking a fish. I can't wait for the weather to warm up some so my hands will be able to hold the rod for more than 5 minutes.

Actually this trip was on the siuslaw, i fish there and the alsea. The alsea was good two weeks ago but slowed down so i hit the slaw in my secret hole. Whitaker creek. Lol... Not so secret. We had a great day but other guys were catching fish too. My buddy went yesterday and only hooked 3 all day. We hit it just right that day.
