Sounds like Waverly Lake.Was driving by the pond in albany that is just off the freeway. A guy was carrying a huge broodstock steelhead through the parking lot.

Freeway lakes isn't being stocked this year. I can't confirm through ODFW but there is zero trout activity this spring. Source: I've spent 40 hours on that pond in the last month with nothing but bass and panfish.I believe that it was stocked last week.
