Congrats! I drew a gimme 2nd choice archery elk tag but nothing too cool lol
Good luck on your lope hunt! They’re arguably my favorite animal to hunt. If it’s dry find water and you’ll kill one. If it’s wet, glass your eyes off and try to get one in a stalkable position.

This is my first time hunting them. I am super stoked. Time to pull the muzzleloader out of the safe and make sure it is ready to go.

Get ahold of a ground blind if you can. That’s the best way to do it with a muzzy or a bow is a blind over a waterhole.
