Fished out of depoe bay today

Sounds like you had a heck of a good trip, and you were right about the ocean being just plain flat. It was that way again today and looks good for tomorrow. You should be down here with your sled chasing silvers with steelhead rods what a hoot!

I just got a new radio, so that my other half will let me back out in the salt with my own boat haha.
but I do the same thing most everyone does out there and troll for 'em.
downriggers and delta's are a little hard on regular steelhead rods

I'm glad your wife wants you to have that radio , although I'm sure you would't head out there without one anyway. I also see you have the other piece of important fishing equipment.....the vacum packer..........Tight Lines
