Christmas fishing

Thinking of taking the little boat and fishing with the wife on Christmas at hagg lake. Anyone been lately? Or doing any Christmas fishing themselves. Also thought of taking her on the sandy for some steelies but not sure yet.

Sounds like a good way to spend the holiday. We were thinking of heading out to the coast on Saturday. Does anyone know of the coastal rivers have returned to a fishable state yet? I'm in Mill City and thinking of floating the Alsea. Merry Christmas, OFF'rs!

I made it out to Fern Ridge to try my notes on fishing near the dam during winter. Was hoping to catch bullhead. No luck though.

Fished Dexter at the bridge for trout today, but no luck on that either... I would have been ecstatic to have reeled in even a carp or pike minnow. Something!
