If hatchery operations were to be halted, does anyone think that the Sandy would be the only river, or just the first of many to be taken from fisherman. Once a fishery is closed due to the ESA will it ever reopen? If so by how many more lawsuits?
Looks like maybe you're using too much lead, you don't want to dredge the bottom just feel it tick every few feet. A bobber and jig is a great way to cover some water and be able to see the take. Good luck.
Nice fish Trout, I haven't been on here for awhile, do you fish below barton or above? My wife and I took a trip out to Oregon this spring/early summer and floated the Clack for the first time, we only caught one summer steel, but we really loved fishing on that river. Just for future reference.
