You won't have to worry too much about bank anglers. There's not exactly very many fish in that area right about now. You got a shot for a late coho or an early winter steelhead. If i were you I'd just fish the willamette for sturgeon.

Those predictions are horribly inaccurate. They're good for getting an idea of conditions but that's it. If 3 inches fall it'll jump to 8ft or more. Lee's Camp is notoriously wet, i bet today and tomorrow they get close to 5 inches and the river will crest around 10ft.

No a helicopter would take like 8 minutes... I drive it at five almost everyday. It's only 35 miles. With traffic it usually takes an hour and twenty minutes.

I woulda say kelly point to Barton would be about 1hr 15 min to 1hr 30min. There should still be some summers left for you. As well as maybe a few coho.

According to odfw there were no native coho above willamette falls. Any there now are descendants of hatchery stock. That's why they allow retention. There are no hatchery coho above the falls.
