Who's place are you moving into up the N. Fork? Or did you luck out and buy a place? I have many friends who live up there from the 5 mile marker through the 13. Fishing up there is hit and miss. I would for sure put most of your focus on the main river for a better quality fish.

It's private due to the fact that it was put in specifically for the small housing tract that surrounds it. Its to be used by those that have bought property there.

They're there, and have been for weeks. You just gotta find the biters. We have caught fish from the tips all the way to the 29 marker in town. 6 fish all together last week including a 42" PIG. Of course the ocean is still the hotter ticket in town as we went 4-6 on Sunday.
