I finally got to get out and fish. I woke up early and started at crane. Kinda cool being out there with the white wall of fog everywhere. Anchored in the Quinn channel and first cast fish on. It was a decent 17 inch football shaped cranebow, but of course right when I got my finger on the button to take the picture he flopped out of my hand. Had one more quick takedown during the short time I was there. I'm just not good at sitting and watching my rods. So Feeling like it was time for the bite to turn on at the upper D I headed that way. Got into quite a few fish there, but most all of them were on the small side. I snapped a quite shot of the biggest one. It was nice to be out on the water getting the rust off before I start chasing steelhead and bullies.
