First early steel

sorry kind of a late report but I went out with a buddy before work last week on 11/15 for a chance at a late nook or two. Not an hour into the morning got a nice surpirse. Did end up getting one densent nook for the morning too.

Hell yeah. Judging by the water behind you that's the second one I've heard of there.

Top of Davis chute is a great place to find early steel...

I'm sure I haven't seen every early winter claimed here but that is the first one I've seen that looks like one.

I wasn't going to say anything because I didn't want people to think I'm the crazy guy that thinks he see's winter steelhead in the Siuslaw this time of year but I am convinced I saw one surface just below Red Hill last Friday.
