K Kodiak Aug 5, 2009 Use them like prawn tails, tear the tail off, peel them, rift them like a prawn....if you can keep them alive they go great with beer.

If you want to use crawdads catch your own. The ones for sale that I have seen are Southern crayfish. Non-native crayfish are high on the ODFW's list of invasive species!
