Any tips for catching nooms/trout this time of year at gp. Going up thursday and what to up the oddssome

didn't know green peter had any nooms in it. troll slow in the top 10 or 15 feet and you should have some luck. have fun

The very best advice that you'll get is...

CB, is right. Flat line your trolling gear, 100-150' behind your water skeeter. Doc Shelton/Ford Fender/Beer Can flasher set, 3' of leader, with a wedding ring and 1/2 of a worm. WORD: if the standard pink wedding rings, don't do it...try the rings that have a 1/2 black and 1/2 green body. I also troll with Thomas Buoyant's and/or Little Cleo's too (the two rod thing).

Then, you'll be just like Emeril Lagasse...BAM!!!

Thats the exact setup i use troutdude. I would take ya but the boat is all full. Next time sir

did you make it out? if so how was the fishing. im thinking about going up next weekend

I did. We only fished for about 45 minutes as it poured down rain. Had several bites though and two.small kokes in the boat. All flatlinimg on the surface
