Gonna give Tillamook a whirl this weekend for springers, any tips on where to be, what to use would be very much appreciated, Tyia!

Special regulations apply to specific sections, requiring a bobber setup or fly fishing only. Additionally, there is something related to leader length and hooks. Sand shrimp and eggs combo or solo are popular. Combat fishing spots are Lorens Drift and hatchery holes. Other holes are located higher upriver, with fewer people, but they are harder to dial in. Also, options include a tidewater drift boat or a kayak. Outside the special reg area, spinners work, and so do flies. Comet flies or clousers. Summer steelhead strays are common, too, plus some sea-run cutthroat options.
