Go to Irish Bend Park, go right or up stream oh about 100 yards or so, theres a sand bank there , I,ve seen sturgeon actually jumping there !, I never have tried to catch one my self, BIL and his Boss got a real over sized one down stream from there a few years back , good luck Wayne

Went last weds with Son , 6 boats at the waterloo falls , saw [one] 1 fish caught in 4.5 hrs of fishing , saw 3 + fish jumping down at the boat ramp, we where under the bridge, there sue is a lot of fish somewhere in the Willamette system Wayne:thumb:

Went over to mill creek area and a big one jumped right in front of Me, but going down stream fast !! Saw 6 guys in total , in about 2 hrs no fish caught, went to Campbell and state fish counter had seen 4 fish from 0700-1100 , went to the Meat Hole , boy howdee , guys lined up from the bridge...
