Now that my son is back in school I'll be hitting Dodge Park quite a bit!

Put the first ink on the tag 9 months in to the year and hopefully ended the dry spell! The first was a 18" but the second was 29".

It looks like my plans for fishing the sandy tomorrow have turned muddy, and now I'm looking at the clackamas. Where can I get into some serious fish so my wife will stop giving me crap about not bringing any fish home? I plan on leaving the house around 545 or so, and will be throwing spinners...

This is the color of the Mississippi, Missouri, Kansas, and Platte Rivers in the Midwest. It is strange for me to now think of this color of water as being off, having lived in Nebraska, Kansas, and Missouri most of my life.

I didn't even throw my lure in when I went to Dabney yesterday.

Was out saturday evening and went 0-1 on a Coho lost it when I was reaching for my net and gave slack to the line. A guy caught a decent size Native Steelhead there today, and saw maybe 5-7 fish jusmping while I was out there. If you have waders you can probably collect the 4 spinners I lost on...
