I agree. I personally use single siwash hooks on all spinners. Less snags. IMHO. If you are worried about treble's breaking. My dad always told me to use super glue or epoxy to fill the gap at the bottom of the treble. Nice fish!

not less snags. You can bounce the slinky, which makes the blade turn. If you want to get into using spoons and Spinners. I highly suggest you read about Jed davis, Jim bedford, spinner dave, etc. You have to understand how to use them correctly in order for them to work. What color, blade...

I tie my not to the barrel swivel, 20" of leader. And a 3/8oz. slinky weight. Use P-line Ball Bearing swivels. Spendy, but worth the money. Worth the money in the end in fishing line. I never get line twist anymore. I use braided line too, line twist is braided lines worst enemy.

I used Rusto Anodized Bronze in a Spray can. lol. Just used a 6" Wire wheel on my 7" Angle Grinder to rough up the Surface, then TSP to clean out the boat. Looks amazing. only took 6 cans and less than $20. Time will tell how long it holds up. I'll post pictures of my WIP soon.
