How is the chinook fishing at Gold Beach?

Haven't heard anything about GB but 20 miles down the coast at Brookings there are no salmon.

400 pound halibut!!

This 482 pounder was caught by my friend Jack McGuire at age 77 http://abcnews.go.com/blogs/headlines/2014/07/see-the-near-500-pound-halibut-caught-in-alaska/ Jack and I started fishing together in Baja CA over 20 years ago.
