Where should I fish?

I am looking to fish for Walleye, Bass and Panfish but primarily Catfish. Where should I fish? It has to be somewhere in or around the Portland Area.

Fish where there is water, the fish need water to absorb the oxygen into their gills.

Its true, and sometimes, you just gotta find out for yourself.
