yesterday I caught 2 .14. inch trout with large reddish raised areas on their bodies .. should i report it odfw?? and has anyone else seen this??

No pics? When you say large reddish raised areas? Was it like a streak or a single bulge? What part of the fish was affected?

one reddish bulge one just behind the head on the body area 1 inch wide going from top to bottom..the other fish about the same but nearer the tail

Red welts are from Copepod's. Can't see them in this pic....Hmmm? wrong pic!
