Any fish in the Nehalem right now?

I would assume there are still a few native winters around. There are always cutts in there, I am not sure if Nehalem is an april trout stream or a may opener. Either way, it'll be a lot of efforts for little catch right now.

Like 3d said, maybe a handful of native winters around... maybe. And below the Salmonberry there's some huge ones. Pretty sure it's closed to trout fishing until May.

I wouldn't make a destination out of it. If you're going to be in the area, the Wilson or Trask would be a better bet, and they're not that far away.
