I'm surprised to hear that, I've had good luck through there. That water is full of fish including at least one spawning salmon cruising the shoreline.

Do you go into the park? I have tried a couple times and had no luck. I think it's time to go back and give them another chance.

Downriver from the campgrounds there are a couple of rocks. Wade in and cast around the first rock. You can get to the other rock from the shore but I have no had as much luck from there.
