Finally had the time to build on a set of handles given to me. It turned out pretty nice, too bad i shipped it out as soon as it was built. The rod is built on an NFC HM MB-809 blank.

Weird, I was gonna say damn a 9 power I might need one of them's, lol. I sure prefer it when they keep the model #'s reflective of the blank length and power.

BTW- steelhead stockers, is that your conquest? if so how do you like it? That's probably what I would look at if I were to upgrade my Calcutta.
