big rain should do the trick, we drifted the Alsea and Siletz this week on really nice looking water but none of the boats out were finding steel...I suspect that people will find a nice surge of fish as the levels drop later next week...

Dear Santa: last minute request, if you are not too busy, could you sneak a Christmas Day "fishing pass" into my stocking?"

... Gotta love when my family and the women's family is outta town all week. 3 days off in a row starting Christmas, hoping the rivers drop into shape by then.
