Friends fished it last Friday, Saturday, and Sunday. Four rods, 1 fish, 1 miss. 25" bull trout. Water was really muddy, everybody thought they were seeing fish on the fishfinders, but it was all debris. Slow, slow, slow.

Trolling plug cut red label herring like youre fishing for salmon works really well. Trolling spoons and rapalas are good bets as well.Head up the Metolius arm as soon as its open. March 1st or 5th, can't remember.

thanks for the reply. ive been reading a lot about it., and seen your suggestion works great. im leaning toward rapalas since im already expirience with them.
