Fishing report

Hey guys, forgot to post a pic of this beauty after I caught her. End of March out of St. Louis ponds. I'm assuming she's an old planter still having her adipose and all? Beautiful fish though, nice markings and fins and she put up one hell of a fight for about 6 minutes or so. Lots of runs off my 4 lbs test! 6.5 pounds and 25 inches

As big and bright as that it...has to be a hold-over for sure. But how did she survive the drought, and hot temps, in those ponds? NICE, nonetheless!

I was wondering the same thing about her surviving through last year! What an amazing fish, she had 2 other lines snapped off hanging out from inside her gut as well haha

Nice fish surprising as it may seem every year some nice fish come out of there. Good job.
