Dorman and Vernonia ponds-anyone been out lately?

Just curious on the state of the ponds and possible water levels. I am looking to fish them over the weekend and was curious if anyone lives near, or been out to either over the past couple of weeks.

Thank you in advance for any report and insight from any of the fellow OFF’ers out there.

I haven't been out to Vernonia since very early this spring, but I drive by Dorman quite abit on my way out to the Wilson. The water level there isn't bad but it's very, VERY weed choked right now. Last year at this time it was just mossy but when I drove by last weekend large parts were just covered with stuff that looks a lot like Hydrilla.

I'd agree on the Dorman report. Along with weeds it gets a TON of pressure on the weekends.
