They are cool looking fish, very common in Oregon along rocky areas. First one I filleted when I was a kid made my dad and I wonder if we should eat it or not

I read somewhere that when cooked, the meat will turn the same color as it's coastal Brothern. I still won't eat the mutant DNA flesh. Just say'n cause I don't want to turn blue or the local camo color. Tony
