Rising tide and a pretty good incoming current.
I don't know that I'd like to deal with that much in my little boat.
 
You need to go just after low/incoming or at the top of the incoming/slack >Once the tide started moving, it REALLY slows down
 
I've always thought the Crabs bury themselves when it gets to ripping to keep from being washed away in the current.
