Does my 11 yr old daughter need a hatchery harvest tag for coho above the falls?

Youth Fishing License Requirements

To fish for trout, warmwater fish, marine species other than salmon and Pacific halibut

• Youth 11 and younger no NOT need a license.
• Youth 12 to 17 need a Youth License (includes Angler, Hunter, Shellfish, and Columbia River Basin Endorsement)

To fish for salmon, steelhead, sturgeon and Pacific halibut

• Youth 11 and younger need a FREE Youth Angling License and must purchase a Juvenile Combined Angling Tag.
• Youth 12 to 17 must purchase a Youth License and a Juvenile Combined Angling Tag.

To crab or clam

• Youth 11 and younger do NOT need a license.
• Youth 12 to 17 must purchase a Youth License (includes Angler, Hunter, Shellfish, and Columbia River Basin Endorsement)

I think the youth tag is cheap. $5 or $10.

Been awhile since I bought one tho.
