thanks a lot for the reply's! im most interested in the middle rogue since i live in merlin and timing is not real important. i just want to take my dad on a guided trip so that we have better chances of getting into some fish, i fish all the time but i still have TONS to learn about targeting...

i live a five minute walk from robertson bridge on the rogue so its pretty easy to rack up those days!

whooo hooo!!!! got my first steelhead ever yesterday afternoon on the middle rogue, she was caught drifting a orange corkie from the bank. i thought i was addicted before...... every time i would reel any line in she would just rip it back out, man what a feeling!! after about five or six...

yeah i live in southern oregon and the bass in the ponds i fish have slowed way down.....maybe the heat is making them sluggish?

thanks for the reply's! i am in the merlin area, right around robertson bridge. i have seen several very large fish surface in the last couple days, but still no bites. i am drifting night crawlers and have also tried floating jigs a few times. no luck so far but i dont give up easy =)
