You can use bait? I looked at the regs and as I see it it is artificila lures and flies only for trout am I wrong?

Were you using bait? I see in the resg that you can have 2 fin clipped trout and use of bait allowed or is that only for salmon? I haven't tried fishing for trout ther but I'm only a few miles away so maybe it would be worth trying.

I agree you shouldn't have to drive 100 miles to do some trout fishing in streams, we pay for our license like everyone else but seem to be ignored . There has to some streams that salmon don't get into that could be stocked for those of us who just want a relaxing day walking a stream.

I like to keep them on a stringer in the water alive as long as possible I also understand you can't clean them on the shore so do you just keep dead uncleaned fish all day long? I thought you should clean them as soon as possible to keep the meat clean. I have always done it this way

I didn't see where each lake throughout the country has a million dollar fish probably only one in the country.
