i live in corvallis and go to jetty all the time. i use 8" white rubber worm or large black and white shad with 1 1/2 to 3 oz jig head. 1 1/2 oz on slack tide and 2 to 3 oz on out or in tide. the ocean side of the south is best when low just jigging a worm or herring over the edge in the deep...

have you ever fished the long tom by monroe for bass and cat. herd it was a good place to fish. also odfw said sturgeon fishing where the willy and long meet have been good for last few years

caught them in the back east pond

tried to fish it but didn't catch any but should be some in there. went to the ponds below fernridge today and caught 3 small mouth around 14"

went to pond up in lyons or. got one small large mouth around 11 inches and missed 2 others they are starting to come out and bite. think im going lingcod fishing today

havent tried much have been hitting jetty a lot and doing well but going to hit a lot of new and old bass spots all over. i have one pond in lyons for some big large mouth wanting to fish real soon
