    Well I gues the drop in water temp has put the bite back on near Coon Island. This little hen liked my cut plug with red flasher at first light. They're still comin!

    For what its worth the guy downstream from me at the first rapid below Cross Park said 20-25 were caught at the bowling alley hole yesterday. Didn't see any action this am where I was.

    Il Waco, passed buoy 10 and headed a little North. You're right, catchin em in the Ocean is a breeze compared to the rivers. I'll still be tryin the latter though. We fished with anchovies and caught about half Chinooks. Some of the Silvers were pretty big, for silvers.

    Was out on a family charter trip to the Salt this am, started out a little slow but then it got a little crazy. Boat ended up with 14 limits with lots of nates tossed back and long line releases to boot. My 6 year old landed his first salmon, with a little help from dad.

    I was at the dam hole for the 1st time on Sat as well. Got there around 530, thought I'd see more fish but I bailed around 730 to go back to bed. Saw one that had been caught before I got there and a Jack. Were you there that early fisch?...Good luck tonight.
