I fished that day, too, but also had no luck. It was a nice day anyway :) I hear lots of good fishing reports out of there today, though.

I didn't see any action at EC yesterday.. I think I'd pick a different river. Even the fishing report in the paper said EC is slow..

I should have tried the clackamas today. It looked high and muddy though so I tried eagle creek.. Didn't see a single fish all day. My first time there though, found a few good holes and had a nice chat with the game warden.

I remember in another thread someone posted that they ruined his nice fishing vest with the fading colors so be warned!

It is still cheaper than a lot of states, and Oregon has way better fishing than a lot of places. I am excited that they added the 2nd pole rule, we can now fish with two poles! It is this way in California and it is nice to have double the chance of hooking a fish.

I'm heading out there tomorrow, rain or shine. Hope my lucky spot proves to be lucky!
