Thanks for the info, hopefully first time at that river will be good luck for me. I hooked into a spawning out Chinook on the trask this past week. No steelies found on that river or Wilson. Time to try something new and hope it works!!

Ya i run a 25lb fluorocarbon leader with 30 braided for the nooks with size 3/0 hooks. I thought I had some but was wrong, poor planing on my part. But did get a nice silver on there.
