That might have been Ed Fast's boat. He got tagged on Facebook in pic by a client who pulled in a nate yesterday. I heard he'd been killing them the couple of days before that and saw quite a few pics on Facebook to back that up.

I've crossed the Sandy a couple of times and it is hard and scary, unless you are YoungBuck, then you skip across the river like a graceful deer. (I tease him about that every time I see him) I swear I will never do it again without a PFD.

What a great story OTF, I never met Gene but he has always been a joy to have on the board. Gonna go wipe a couple of tears and hopefully get to enjoy some more stories from those of you lucky enough to have spent time with him on the water.
