Winter steelhead wrap up

My winter steelhead season had a very slow start, not unlike my springer season, but once I got my first fish in mid-February, I was hooking fish on every trip until last week. Only problem is that I’ve lost a lot of fish along the way. Here are pics of some of the fish from the trips. I like to run multiple presentations and tactics from float, drift to spinner/spoon fishing. In the end, drift and hardware were the best producers for me.
No, the top two pics are not Ed’s raft….

Haha, you always out fish me when we're together, Wes. That double wild chrome steelhead that Ed and I got was a season highlight. Landing them in the same spot at the same time after our lines twisted when the fish ran was truly a rewarding experience.

Ha ha that's what I get for writing real quick with my phone, and not proof reading it.

Hey Alex great meeting you brother! That is a bunch of sweet steel...nice job! Those two you guys got together must have been a hoot, I'll give you a call next time I'm gonna hit the Sandy, hopefully we can get it together and slay'em. And Wes, looks like you need not look any further than Alex here for your "Which trail is the non-ticket trail from Dodge park?" question. I'll be trying it out soon!! lol
