Tuna out of Astoria

Friday I took one of my sons and some friends out to chase tuna. I must say it was a blast. We didn't fill the boat but caught some real butter balls. All the fish we caught were on the troll. I'm not set up for live bait yet. Clones seemed to be the hot lure. The ride out was a bit bumpy but coming in was a sweet ride. We ere out about 35 miles. I'm going to wait until they move in a bit before the next trip.

That's interesting about getting them on the clones. Yesterday we only got one on clones, the rest were on cedar plugs and iron.
