My brother was telling me about this place right below river mill dam.
He said it was fenced OFF though, does anybody know what the fishing rules are there.

its the clackamas river acrossed the river is mciver does that help

well the only rule i know of this place is not fishing below the dam for 200 feet you will see a yelow lane!!!

I would contact the city of Estacada Parks Dept, if it's fenced off then it's likely no longer open. I did a google search and found that it was at one time operated by the city of Estacada but it is not on there list of parks currently. And as far as the rules CHECK YOUR REGULATION BOOK.

Ya it says fishing 200 feet from the dam so the river is open there but the park itself was closed last time i heard.

i think this park is open all year!! if you fish above the dam thats Estacada lake!!! below Clackamas river!!!
