Yea he was fishing the mouth..He was targeting coho, with a 7ft 8-12 lammi and 12 pound line. So lets just say the battle was epic.Here is what he wrote on FB.

Nice! They usually don't put up much of a fight when their mouth gets stuck shut. No way to pass water over the gills means oxygen deprivation sets in quickly and lactic acid builds up fast.
