sandy river 3/29/10 blown out!!!!

east county rookie and i went up to marmont area just to check it out and to our expectations yes the river is blown out and muddy as heck....but i have great hope for when it gets cleared up its gonna be awsome! looking forward to it! any time the river gets blown and shapes up there are gonna be a whole new push of fish... springers? summer steelhead mixed in with your winters should be great! take care

Yeah, I'm loving the rain, gonna get some fish in there from the columbia or get fresh fish on their way from the ocean.

I plan on checking out the river tomorrow.. i don't mind some color as long as it is sub 11' range..

I'm thinking Thursday I'll be hitting it. I've been watching all this rain with great expectations.

Same thing@ McIver(SERIOUS CHOCOLATE MILK), but for the 1.5 hours I was there and the 10 guys I saw there.....there was 1 bright fish caught right @ dog creek that was about a 5lb hen on a red jig.
