Lower Mckenzie chinook

Anyone going after chinook in the Mckenzie? If so let me know how you do and what they are hitting. I am going to try and do a little first time fishing for them here soon.

I was hoping to see the first upriver springer pic here!

If you have a small sled or a drift boat I'd say try a k14 kwik chartreuse and silver or double trouble, wrapped tight with sardine.

Still very early though, look at the falls counts.

I'm going to try monday or tuesday for the first time no expectations but can't catch them if your not out there

Also I thought bait was not allowed below Hendricks bridge. I was talking about Springfield area of the Mckenzie.
